we came up with something just as fun!
With distance learning keeping campuses student-free, the dance team got creative and put together three dance tutorial videos to show our Snowline middle school students (and anyone else interested) a sample of what dance is like!
So clear a safe space to move around, grab some water, and learn some dances with us!
Each video is a different dance style, but all have:
- a short cardio warm up
- a basic dance stretch
- a breakdown of 1-2 dance skills
- teaches a short dance combination that the team made up themselves
